A sign-up sheet for prayer, personal why, and treats was sent around. Still many openings, so this will be passed around again at future meetings.
Nov meeting notes were approved.
CCCR Board update. Mary Beth Stein reported that the folding together of JLT & CCCR continues. Next month we will continue looking at our new mission as part of the reorganization. Action campaigns are unchanged.
Financial report – Bruce Leier offered info on the proposed 12 month budget.
Communication & Outreach Office report – normal work continues.
Mary Beth Stein & Joe Reid will meet on Friday to explore a new space for meeting. They will go ahead & sign up for new space IF price is about same and facility looks good. Otherwise if not sure, hold off on signing.
Lyn reported that Mary Beth will be stepping down as secretary. Will someone step up to serve as secretary?
Shall we consider updating our CoB Bylaws? Delay this question for a month so people can read the present bylaws. Take another look at the charter & bylaws to see what might need to be changed. Mary Beth will send out these documents to all members prior to next meeting.
Tom Smith-Myott offered a great thanks to Lyn Yount for her years of service on the executive committee. This was her last meeting in that capacity. Mary Jo Czaplewski will take on this role starting at the January meeting. Everyone acknowledged Lyn with their applause.

Feb – Michael Anderson will lead discussion on how we can engage with archdiocesan synod,
Announcements: Michael Anderson announced that grandson Jude is over one year in remission. Michael Anderson is now accepted as a teaching assistant with religious literacy at Harvard. This will be an online class.

Brief Description of Purpose: CCCR & CoB are working to bring trust & accountability to the archdiocese and to welcome everyone to the table. Council of the Baptized listens to and advocates for the concerns of Catholics. Catholic Coalition for Church Reform is the action arm and organizes, plans & implements programs toward creating that trust and accountability.
